Outside of his professional career, Cullen is actively involved in his community. He attends Assembly Church in Sebring, serves as Board Chairman for the Highlands/Hardee County Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, and is a member of Sun ’N Lake Golf Club. Cullen has been happily married to his wife, Cadie, for three years, and together they have one daughter, Charlotte, who is almost one year old.
